I have a 1995 Chevy C1500 truck with a 5.7L engine and TBI, it has 125,000 miles. I replaced the fuel pump which works properly now and no fault codes appear on diagnostics. MY truck will start when it is cold and runs for appx. 10-15 minutes then fuel stops spraying from the injectors and the vehicle dies. When I try to restart I smell an electrical burning smell from the passenger side engine compartment and engine will not start again for a couple hours. I've heard ECM, fuel pump relay and ignition switch. Any ideas please!

I would start with the fuel pump relay. When the engine dies, does the fuel pump stop too?

Thanks, even when my truck won't start the fuel pump still energizes but it seems like something is overheating and shuting off the fuel supply from the injectors.
