1994 Chevy Truck My truck has low performance /idle rough/s

Starts and drives but The truck has low power and also surges while driving. Idles rough and then dies. It also has a dim parking light that gets brighter when I hit the gas, and the light turns off when I hit the brake. I have a huge list of new parts which include: MAP Sensor, oil PSI sensor, EGR solenoid, NEW HEads, rebuilt throttle body, 02 sensor, Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, Distributor assembly, PCV Valves, Alternator, The Fuel system is working perfect and has been flow tested. PLEASE HELP! I have so much time and money into this and still Doesnt work.

A couple of things here. If your parking lights dim then brighten, then you really need to clean your battery. That also may be why your having trouble while driving. Charge the battery up and have it checked, most auto parts stores do this for free. Then get some choke cleaner and clean your throttle body especially around the IAC and TPS. Make sure you have a clean air and fuel filter as well. If you still have the problem, then have a pro check your TBI unit for a good connection as they tend to breakk/disconnect.
