1991 Chevy Camaro RS Convertible 122600. This is not a repair question but I hope you can answer this. In my car where the electric window buttons are there is another button in the middle, and I can't seem to find anyone that knows what the button is use for or what it does. It looks like a half U and a bold arrow pointing down. Ugh I hope that helps. Pleeaassee Help I am so curious it is driving me crazy. Thanks.

It could be a separate button to automatically make the driver side window roll down completely with just one touch if not for all windows to roll down simultaneously. If it doesn't do anything then the contacts inside need cleaning.

We have a rs camaro and the button in the middle opens the trunk.

Normally, that button would open the trunk, but on the '91 RS convertible, that middle button releases the convertible top in the back, where it hooks to the rear of the car (trunk area). Instead of automatic trunk opening, you have to do it the old fashioned way, with a key. ;)
