Ok my truck starts right up and runs for awhile and it seems once it warms up it just shuts off when it cools it will fire right back up I have replaced the coil had the ignition coil checked made them check it like 7 times to try and warm it up still thinking it wasnt warm enough to show if that was the problem and I am pretty sure the fuel pump is still running when it has the problem cause I can here it, any ideas?

Do a fuel pressure test to verify that the fuel pump is putting out the correct fuel pressure. If okay check the distributor pick-up coil

Just because fuel came out you need to check it with a pressure gauge EFI system don't like low fuel pressure it has to be within specs to function correctly

Just wanted to thank you all for your help and let you know I did finally figure out my problem. It was the temp sensor being bad was telling the truck it was 32 below thats why I still had fuel and spark it was flodding itself out. Just wanted you all to know incase you run into a problem like this again.
