1987 Chevy Truck start/ stall and hesitate to stall

I have this 87 chevy 4x4 sat all summer would start a nd stall I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, IAC, coolant temp sensor. Removed cat, replaced TBI gasket, bypassed fuel tank swap over valve, added new fuel, checked timing at idle ( 16 deg ) really need help with this one. I also replaced dist cap and rotor.

If not a timing issue could be a vacuum leak somewhere on the manifold indicated by a sucking sound.
