Hello, Is there a way to change the coil springs without disassembling the front end? Thanks.

the answer to your question is negative, you will have to remove the coil spring's all tools are available for rental at your local parts store, I remember my 67 Chevy pickup, they used to break the U-Bolts all the time on the front lower control arms, make sure you replace those if you're going to change the coil springs.
