2002 Chevy Trailblazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My car wil not start when its cold outside I have to keep mess steerwheel the gear shift and after that it will finally start it also make a clicking noise evertime I start it warm or cold and when I change to setting at the heater/ac

When the problem occurs, are you saying it cranks good but won't Start? Or, it won't even crank?

Everthing comes on lights/radio/gages everything but it will not crank once I do get it crank it acts fine

In the diagram, check the fuses for voltage, use a voltage tester. The two at upper right, both should be hot with key in the crank position, actually one is hot in start or run. The fuse at lower left is hot all the time. Voltage to the load switch side of starter relay is hot all the time. Voltage to the coil side of relay goes hot with the key in the crank position and is wired through the neutral switch. Another possible issue is your security system, I can't be sure about that?
