Okay, I've had my vehicle for about a year now and ever since I bought it, it has had a few problems. Mainly the problem that I am always facing with my vehicle is the Battery going out. If I dont drive it for a day, I can count on the truck not to start. I figuered it was the Battery so I bought a new Battery from Autozone. The battery was new and then, I started having the same issues with the Battery draining out. So I got another battery from Autozone and it was working fine. However, I have to keep my truck running everyday because If I dont drive it for a day or 2 my truck will not start. Once I jump start the truck it works fine, but then I have the same issues all over again. The people at Autozone are telling me to check the Alternator, but at this point I am not sure if it really is the Alternator or a the batteries from Autozone. Could it be the Alternator draining out my new batteries?

Yes it is either the alt. Or you have drain in the system somewhere.

Most autoparts stores will check charging system for free (battery, Alt, starter) and a drain test. Which measures any drain on the battery with engine and all loads on battery off.

You also want to make sure all battery connections to both battery and engine are clean and tight.
