Now were getting somewhere.

Does it make any noise when attempting to start? I.E clicking, grinding, slow crank?

Turn on headlights and crank engine, do they dim or do they stay bright.

Yes, it sounds like it is going to start but it won't fire. It's not the battery, even through it has gotten weak after several attempts at trying to get it to start. It's not the fuel pump, you can hear in run and we checked the PSI.

Have you checked for SPARk on all cylinders with a spark tester/ should be BRIGHT, BLUE, and WELL DEFINED.
