When I am driving my truck and I turn the wheel right or left it makes a squeaking noise like something is rubbing together. Also when I get in and out of the truck or hit bumps it makes the same noise. I know it's not the break's because it doesn't make that noise when I push the breaks or stop. What is wrong with my truck, is it serious, and does it cost a lot to fix?

You will need to take it to a shop to have the noise diagnosed. It is very difficult to diagnose squeaks and rattles without being able to hear them. Most shops will charge a one hour diagnostic fee.
