My fuel pump stoped working so I checked the fuel pump relay and then replaced it. After I could hear the pump working but the truck still will not start. Could it still be the pump? Or should I start checking the fuel pressure?

I'd use a fuel pressure gage. Some of the national brand auto stores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. There should be a fuel pump test connector, under the hood, driverside fender lining, close to firewall. Red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged into it. If you use a jumper wire with inline fuse from battery voltage to connector, the pump should run. No need to use the key. At the rear pump wiring connector, gray wire is voltage for the pump, engine cranking. Black wire is ground. If you have good voltage and ground and no pump action, I suspect the pump.
