1998 Chevy Tahoe milege

Is this too many miles for a 98 tahoe I was told it was am I most likely to have engine or transmission problems?

That isn't too many miles. As long as it is running, don't worry. Continue to service the engine and trans. Keep in mind, a trans or engine problem can happen at any mileage, so this doesn't bother me.
