My tahoe will only shift only into 4 low when it is in nuetral. It will not shift into 4hi at all.
I have replace the actuator, tccm, indicator switch and the t-case switch. Nothing has changed. I grounded out pin 13 on the dlc and the indicator swith flashes twice pause flashes twice. Please help

There is no problem. You must be in neutral first before you shift into 4 low. You should also be completely stopped when shifting into 4 low. 4 low directly hooks up the transmission and the engine, with no or very little gear ratio difference. You should aslo never drive over 15 MPH while in 4 low.
