Suburban engine or transmission?

I have a 1998 chevy suburban with 137,000 miles and a 5.7. The transmission was just rebuilt it stutters about 75 mph. Mechanics said it was the lock up switch in the transmission, they put a new spring in it. It still stutters. It gives a PO452 on the scanner, it this helps. Is it the transmission that is the problem or the engine? It still stutters in 3rd gear.

A p0452 code is EVAP Emissions Control system Pressure sensor low. This could mean there is a bad gas cap or the gas cap is not tightend properly or the sensor itself is bad. The sensor is on the top of the fuel pump. Located right next to the fuel pump connector. Did you do anything to the fuel pump or drop the gas tank recently? Did it stutter before the transmission was rebuilt and is this the reason for transmission was rebuilt?
