2003 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

on cold mornings(30degrees and lower)engine runs rough. When engine warms up runs fine. Changed plugs, wires, checked injector psi, changed fuel pump. Has codes of PO101 and PO300

The one code is a multiple misfire and that can be a fuel filter/vacuum leak. I would suspect vacuum leak as it goes away when warm so the computer is richening the mixture to cove r it. So check for that. The other code is a maf( mass air flow) sensor. That is in the air duct. Make sure there are no holes in the duct between the air cleaner and throttle plate.
