When you turn the key there is a pause (almost like a dead battery) and then it typically turns over. I have checked the battery, alternator, wires and grounds, and it appears the starter is working fine. When it has been run for a bit it doesn't pause so long. Couple of addition symptoms though which make me think it is electrical.

- tow/haul comes on once it starts
- clock resets itself all the time
- rear a/c fan is intermittent since this has done this

Based on some other posts I am beginning to think maybe the ignition assembly is bad. Thoughts?

Double check the battery connections

Based on some other posts I am beginning to think maybe the ignition assembly is bad. Thoughts? Could be the ignition switch check and test it
