2000 Chevy Suburban Fuel System

My engine won't start. We thought it was the security system cutting of fuel flow to the engine but it wasn't it. Can you hel me find the problem?

Well Are you getting bright blue spark at each cylinder?

Will it fire up with someone cranking and you spraying carb cleaner or starting fluid directly in the throttle body?
