Engine cranks good and steady, gets to a point like it wants to start but doesnt. Pulled plugs and were very wet. I replaced plugs figuring fouled and cranked engine but still wouldnt start. I pressed valve on fuel line and fuel would shoot out. Before cranking, would hear pump run for 2 seconds. I know the thing is flooded, I can smell fuel. Just cant figure out how to un flood so I can get it to start. It all started when I was extremely low on fuel, truck was parked on somewhat on a hill. Tried to start and no fuel would get to sender. Crap went downhill since, HELP!

The problem is not fuel related at all. Your problem is spark related. Check the gap on your spark plugs, if that checks out then check your ignition module. This is probably the problem but you MUST check it first. Autozone or a place like that can will check the ignition module for free. If the module checks out then have the coil tested. If you decide to go and change the plugs wires and distributer cap -n- rotor, take some advice from me here. DO NOT use aftermarket parts Use A/C Delco parts only. I do not know why, but from my experence, A/C Delco parts seem to be the only ignition parts that work for any amount of time on these high voltage ignition systems. I know A/C Delco parts are more expensive, but if you don't use them you will be perpetualy changing these items on a regular basis. Believe me!

BTW if the current spark plugs are not A/C Delco then change them.
