I have a Chevy Suburban that has over 200,000 miles on the original engine and transmission. Aside from the regular plug, cap and rotor tune up, what do you suggest? I understand there are repair kits for the throttle body injection, much like the carburetor kits designed for the previous fuel delivery systems is there anything else that I could do to enhance performance and fuel economy?

You should have all your sensors checked for starters. Have the EGR valve and its ports cleaned. Clean the throttle body and the throttle plate. Run a few tanks of fuel system cleaner with high octane gas.

Change the transmission filter and fluid flush it. Change the differential fluid also and your wheel bears are probably all going to be needing replacement.
