Just recently got a full tune up on my 95 chevy suburban and it continues to keep cutting out and/or act like it doesn't want to go.

Do you have a check engine light? Go to this links: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-stalls and https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-hesitates

Need a WHOLE lot more than that to go on. Typical tune-up parts rarely cause cutting out. You could have a weak fuel pump, plugged catalytic converter, jumped timing chain, or any of a bunch of other things like that. The place to start is by checking for stored diagnostic fault codes. If there are none, you need a scanner that displays live data to see what the Engine Computer sees from the sensors and what it is responding to.
