1995 Chevy Suburban Long cold start

After sitting over night, the truck takes a while to start. After that it starts up fine. Cleaned the injectors and changed out the regulator in the throttle body because the fuel was going back to the tank. Still takes a while. Any thoughts?

What is the fuel pressure? Check the plugs an the quality of the spark.
