How difficult is it to replace the starter on a 1991 suburban 350?

Welcome to the forum, if you have a decent set of tools, go for it, take the negative battery loose, first. Take electrical connectors loose from starter, if you can't reach them all, drop the starter a little, take bolts loose. Sometimes on different makes and models the exhaust pipe gets in the way, try it parallel, vertical position for the starter, see what works, sometimes have to loosen bolts for exhaust pipe. I just talking in general.
