After pulling in the driveway I noticed the engine ideling fast. I put the truck in gear to move it and it shifted hard. Any ideas on the fast idle because what ever this is happened on the way home?

Check for vacuum leaks first. Hoses popped off, stuff like that. Could be a stuck Idle Speed Control Motor. Located on thepass side of theTBI unit, has a square 4 wire connector. Those also sucked theTBI base gaskets near the ISC motor, so check for that too
