Fan for air conditioner

I have a 2000 Silverado. The fan does not work on the first two speeds, but works fine for speeds 3 and above. What do I check? Is there a fuse for the first half?

It sounds like you need front brake pads, the light comes on because the fluid is low in the master, when you install new front pads the fluid will refill itself and the light will go off. Please let me know

Could be the control switch but on your problem sounds more like the resistor
