Brake lights don't work

2003 Silverado, auto, and no cruise control. While the 3rd brake light works, the rear 2 do not. The same lights work when the hazard switch is activated. Cleaned contacts on brake light switch. What is next?

Test for voltage at the bulbs and try a new bulb

Lights were replaced and the the lights work when the emergency flashers are turned on. Same bulbs

Test at the BOO under the hood. Check if it is faulty or good
