Is it the ABS light or the brake light? If the brake light, is the brake fluid full? Have you checked to make sure the park brake switch for the light is properly adjusted and the park brake fully returns?

Let me know.

If both stay on, you need to have the computer scanned to see what is causing the ABS to stay lit. It sounds like a sensor problem. Make sure when you worked on it, by accident you didn't disconnect one of the sensors or damage the wiring to them.
