2004 Chevy Silverado turn signal

I put on my left turn signal and the turn signal light comes on on the dash board, the left front turn signal comes on, the rear flashers also come on, the right turn signal light doesn't come on in the dashboard, but you can hear it blink and the rear flashers come on?

Does your truck have a towing harness installed and was it recently installed?

The truck came with a tow harness when I purchased it from the dealer, lasy year I instaled and additional brake light under the tailgate, no problems since then, checked wiring yesterday, no corrosion at all, used snap connectors to install, no wires were cut at all. 2 years ago chevy replaced the instrument panel on a recall? Could this be another recall problem?
