2003 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a loud popping noise coming from the front end of my truck. I happenes when I come so a stop, take off or turn I have replaced my tie rod ends and that did not help the problem. There is some leaking coming from the inside end to my cv axle past the bolting point.
