Is it necessary for me to remove the door panels to replace the speakers? Is it possible to remove the speaker grills only, to replace the speakers?
If I can remove the grills, can you provide a hint on how best to remove them?
If I must remove the door panels, is that a difficult job and is it within the scope of this website to describe the procedure of removing and replacing the door panels?

You need to remove the panel. Remove the arm rest, check for any screws along the outside of the panel, remove handle, and then there are clips that attach the panel to the door. Carefully seperate the two to avoid damage to the panel and clips.

Let me know if you have other questions.
