i got a code of PO327 & PO332. I replaced both knock sensors, pcm, jumper harness, & made new wiring & terminals from the pcm to jumper harness. What else can I do? Silverado 2002 z71

What do you mean by jumper harness. Check and make sure your terminal tension is good at the connectors you made. Is it still setting these codes.

The jumper harness is a small harness that connects to the knock sensors to the main engine harness.

All the terminals are new & have the correct amount of tension.

It has a cold air intake installed on it. Could that cause any issues?

It has an 11 inch lift also.

Yes anything aftermarket can cause it. Take it back to factory and see if it fixes the problem. (Just the cold air intake)
