I noticed when I turn right it sound like a slight grinding noise, I thought it was the over size tires rubing but it is not, could it be a bearing going out, it only makes a grinding sound and you really have to listen for it and you can also feel it in the steering wheel ever so slightley when I turn right, turing left no problems and going straight no problems can you help with any ideas it may be?

Chances are you are correct and it's a wheel bearing. Raise the vehicle and see if there is any play in the bearing. Keep in mind, if it isn't too bad, it may be hard to identify excessive play.

Let me know if you have other questions.
