Hello Help, where is the signal relay on the 1996 chevy p/u?

Is there a turn signal relay or a breaker device?

Also will a locking rear-end chatter at low speeds when slight turns are made?

The rear end will chatter if the fluid is dirty and or no posi additive had been added. My suggestion is to change fluid and add posi additive to get rid of shudder. The flasher module is located in the convenience center under left side of dash panel. Hope this helps
