Changed the transmission seal and fluid this week because there is a ticking and the fluid looked like chocolate milk.

The ticking is still there and now it shudders in lower gears trying to take off and when you get to higher speeds, it goes into gear and then it starts reving real high on the RPM's @ 4 or 5.

I put my foot on brake and RPM's go down then I accelerate again and it will stop for a while and then all of a sudden it will rev high with the RPM's again.

So I'm spending a lot of time braking and reaccelerating.

It sounds like you may have waited too long to change the trans fluid. When you replaced it with the new fluid, the detergent most likely cleaned away what was left of the clutches and has caused the trans to slip.
