When engine is started at cold start, there is a loud ticking nosie. Stops when engine warms up. Noise is coming from behind the engine underneath truck.
Makes me think transmission, never had this problem before. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi there,

I would be thinking a lazy hydraulic lifter, lift the bonnet and have a listen on a cold start up and see if you still think it is coming from where you believe it is coming from, report back your thoughts.
