My 1992 gmc sonoma with 153000 miles with a 4.3 liter is idleing rough and i cant figure out what the problem is i replace the spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition module, and the distributor cap and rotor. The problem is still there i also checked for any vaccum leaks and there isnt any. The code is showing that it is the map sensor but when i put the new one on it was still running rough. Could it be any thing esle that leads to the map sensor or what? Could you give me any ideas what it could be and get back at me i would really appreciate it?
Thanks.. :)

make sure that both injectors are woking.. sometimes when the breather is put back on.. on of the injector wires will have been pinched, or the insulation will be cut, and short out the injector.......gl

Check the EGR to make sure it is closed and the EGR controller as it may be opening the EGR prematurely or keeping it open.

Check the egr valve! I have a 1993 s10 blazer with a 4.3, the valve would get stuck open with a small piece of carbon.Clean it and it runs like new.
