Vehicle will start fine, but when giving throttle there is no power acts has if it has a plugged cat converter, fuel pressure is 62 psi it is a 4.3 vortec it bucks and tries to die when moving top speed 15mph wide open, it started this all at once out of the blue, sometimes check engine light is on and sometimes not, after one day taking fuel is getting harder.

Check the EGR valve, IAC motor, and / or MAF.

Try to get the "freeze frame data" when the engine lite comes on- it will let you know what every sensor was doing etc. When the code got stored.
