There are tools that are for stiped screws, but if you wan tto get it off, here is what you can try. You needa torch, a can of penetrating oil, and a small * oz ball pein hamer if you have one. What you do is to apply the torch to the area around the bolt, tear the rubber stuff off first though. Heat that area up and then spray with the oil and then tap it with the hammer lightly all around as much as you can. Do this about 3 or 4 times or 3-5 minute time period. Then try to get the bolt out. If it breaks loose then take it out and when you go to an auto parts store you can buy theh bolt as well as the caliper mounting kit that you took care of. Then use some silicone grease -a small amount to lube the bolt when you reinstall the new one.
