1999 Chevy S-10 want stay running

When I crank it it starts fine and runs good for about 5 sec and then dies out and acts like it is sucking air

You need to do some basic testing to find out what is happening.

Is this happening everytime like this?
That is when you crank it, it is NOT a long crank, but fires right up, runs, then quits?

Any testing done yet?
