When I start my truck, it will click a few times when I turn the key over, then It will hit and crank over a few times. But it will crank and crank and then some times stop. After doing that for a few seconds it will crank once and start right up. I cant figure out what it is. Ive replaced my starter three times and put a new hot wire from my battery to the starter itself.

Welcome to the forum, any testing, make sure the tranny is out of gear and a functional e-brake is set. When the problem occurs, I'd check the voltage circuits at the starter relay, probably in the power distribution center, under the hood. Voltage to the coil side of relay is hot all the time. Voltage to the coil side of relay goes hot with the key in start position and is wired through clutch switch. Use a testlite for checking voltage.
