Check primary voltage to the coil. The battery has a full charge and the connections are good? Use a digital multimeter leads across the battery posts, everything turned off. The generic spec or a fully charge battery is around 12.6 volts. If the battery has a full charge, the alternator should be ok. The ignition module and pick-up coil are inside the dist. Right now, I'm not sure of the problem. I wouldn't replace anything without being trying to be sure of the problem.
Use a testlite on negative side of coil, engine cranking, the lite should pulse.
