My pickup runs great with no problem at all in warm(above 36 degrees) weather. At temperatures below that the pickup will idle ok, but under acceleration in the 2200 to 3000 RPM range it will miss(not fire) very badly. It will drive this way until the engine compartment has soaked in some heat(well after the water temp is up). Any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated. There are no fault codes at all.

I have come across two of these that turned out to be a pcm and a reflash.

One was found by using a pressure transducer hooked up to the fuel rail and when it acted up you could watch the pulses in the rail raise when the injectors were shuting down. The injector driver went bad internally in the pcm. The PCM should be setting a misfire code but the pcm may also be faulty there too.
