Any fuses that you checked, did you check for voltage on the fuse circuit, use a voltage tester. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage the circuit is dead. If you have dimmer control for interior lites, sometimes the dimmer gets turned all the way down and you have no dash lites. The dash lites are wired throught the headlamp switch. The park lamps fuse, hot all the time, supplies voltage to the headlamp switch for that circuit. The illumination fuse supplies voltage to several circuits including the dash lites. Goes hot when you turn on the headlamp switch.
