I have had a new clutch put in the truck about 2 months ago. The other day, I tried to down shift and the clutch went to the floor. The truck will go nowhere now. We bled the line but still no go. The cap for the brake fluid looks like it has been torn up. Is there a way to bleed more of the brake line( I think it is plugged somewhere) and also to find a replacement cap?

If you see distorted rubber inside the master cylinder, that indicates contamination with a product containing oil. If that is the case, everything with rubber will have to be replaced and the system flushed. That means master cylinder, slave cylinder and any flex hose.
