I put a new fuel pump in a couple months ago. It has been running fine I didn't drive it for a week. When I went to start it didn't start when I turn the key on I don't hear the fuel pump kick on. It has been really cold out I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Double check the wiring connector to the fuel pump. They have issues with the connector getting hot and causing high resistance. And make sure the terminals are not loose.
