Low oil press. After running truck awhile and slight knock

Not good. May be the end of the rope on that one. You may want to confirm the true pressure, but the knock isn't a good sign. How old is the engine? If it is original.I would would be thinking about another one. Or another vehecle depending on the shape of that one.
