1997 Chevy S-10 losing antifreeze

1997 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 97 s10 pickup I have to keep adding antifreeze once a week.I don't see any leaks but I can smell the antifreeze. The truck has 182,000 miles on it. Please give me some direction.

Hi Jeff,

If you are smelling it inside the cab check the floor on the passenger side. If it is wet and smells of antifreeze most likely your heater core has gone bad.
