I replaced the fuel pump and now I don't have 12 volts at the pump. I have checked the ECM fuse and can hear the fuel pump relay come on, but nothing at the fuel pump. I even took the new pump off and put the old one on, which was still working sporadically before I replaced it and it doesn't work either. I read somewhere that the oil pressure switch could be bad, but my manual doesn't show it's location. Is there another fuse somewhere that I can check?

Check ECM BATT fuse no.9 20amp if okay check for power at the orange wire on the fuel pump relay socket pin A2

Do a continuity test on the gray wire-from fuel pump connector to the fuel pump relay-

At fuel pump relay socket the dark green and white wire powers the coil side of the relay

ECM fuse was good.

12 Volts at terminal 2 on relay socket.

There was no continuity from terminal 2 to the gray wire on the fuel pump connector.

Any further suggestions? Thanks!

If the ECM BATT fuse is okay the gray is open from the relay to the fuel pump. Try this direct power at the gray wire on the fuel pump connector did the fuel pump come on?

Hooked wire directly to + on battery and other end to gray on pump, but pump didn't come on. So I ran a short wore to the black ground wire on pump then to the frame and pump came on. I then checked continuity from the black ground wire on pump to frame, but no continuity. I then checked continuity from black ground on relay socket to ground and had continuity. Do I have a bad ground wire from pump connector to?
