1996 Chevy S-10 Battery light

Hello my battery light is on and reading 11 volts
Charge. I had the alternator tested and they said it was fine but my battery was bad so I changed it and nothing changed. Now it seems like im losing power when I press the petal down it seems like im just feathering it, It doesnt rev up. And the interior lights are dimmer than they used to be, do you have any ideas? Thanks for your help

Maybe a bad ground cable. Check at battery pull the insulation back those side posts are easy to hide corrison. Wire brush and clean with a solution of backing soda and water
