1995 Chevy S-10 runs for about 5mins then shuts off

The car runs great for 5 mins then shuts off almost sounding like it runs out off gas. I have change the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, cap/rotor. It will start again after seveal trys

When this happens and it won't start, have you checked fuel pump pressure and for spark? I realize you replaced basically the entire fuel system, but there could still be a problem there.
