My truck will only go 35mph without any problems. After 35mph it will make a buzzing noise. My rpms will only rev upto 2000 it will not go over 3000rpm. I just replaced the clutch. Oil is clean and topped off. If I run it over 35mph for a long period of time it will start to sputter and sounds like the engine wants to die. At a stop it has a hard time taking off. Does anyone know what it could be.

This really sounds like a pluggged converter, especially with the miles and age. Put a vacuum gugae on it an see what the vacuum is if it's below 15" then that is possibly your problem. Also check your fuel pressure and change teh fuel filter if it hasn't been changed in a while.
